Terms of Service

A placement: your listing shown at a rank on the public board for 24 hours from the moment payment confirms. Rank is determined solely by the amount spent within the trailing 24-hour window. It is paid placement — not an editorial ranking, review, endorsement or certification of any kind.

Placement is not exclusive and not permanent. Anyone may take a higher rank at any time by paying more, and your spend ages out of the window automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction; Stripe collects the billing address and any tax identifier needed to determine that.

The price shown in the confirmation dialog is the price charged. There are no recurring charges unless you explicitly enable auto-defend, which is described in clause 4.

After payment you supply a URL. We read the page title, description and icon from that URL and publish them. You confirm that you are entitled to promote the site you submit and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s rights.

We may remove a listing without refund if it points to malware, deceptive or fraudulent material, content that is illegal where we operate, sexual content involving minors, or a destination materially different from the one submitted. We may also remove a listing that cloaks — showing our visitors something different from what we fetched.

If the title, description or icon we read is wrong, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.

Optional. You set a ceiling in whole dollars per calendar day. When someone takes your rank we may charge your saved payment method the amount needed to reclaim it, provided the total charged on your behalf that day stays at or below your ceiling. We stop at the ceiling. You can change or remove it at any time and the change applies immediately.

By listing, you agree that we publish your click count, spend and resulting cost per click publicly and indefinitely, including in the daily archive, and that we will not remove or alter those figures on request. Measurement is described in the rules: clicks are counted through our redirect and deduplicated to one per visitor per listing per day.

We publish what we measure. We do not promise any particular number of clicks, any conversion, or any commercial outcome.

Because a placement begins immediately and is consumed as it runs, it is not generally refundable once live. We will refund in full where we failed to deliver the placement, we removed your listing for a reason that turns out to be our error, or you were charged more than once for the same placement.

A full refund voids the rank it bought. Consumer rights that apply to you by law are not affected by this clause.

The board is a side project and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime. If an outage means a placement did not run for a meaningful part of its window, tell us and we will extend or refund it.

We store the email you give us, your listing details, your payment references from Stripe, and click events recorded as a salted daily hash of IP and user agent — which lets us deduplicate within a day without building a durable profile of anyone. We do not sell data. Write to us to access or delete your account data; published historical metrics stay, per clause 5.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a placement is limited to what you paid for that placement. We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you paid, and material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
